We process your refund right after the online cancellation, returning the amount to the same payment method you used for the reservation. If the cancellation was made at the counter, the refund will be issued as soon as the transport company requests it from us.

In rare cases, the bank may schedule the refund internally, which could slightly delay when the amount becomes available to you.

We process the refund on the same day of cancellation, and the bank reimburses you within up to 2 billing cycles, depending on your billing dates.

I paid in installments. Will the refund also come in installments?
No, the total amount will be refunded in one go.
I paid interest. Will I get that back?
Yes, you’ll also receive the interest you paid.
I canceled the card I used for the purchase. Now what?
No worries! The refund will still go to the account of the cardholder, even if the card has been canceled.

What’s the refund timeline?
We process the refund on the same day of cancellation, and the bank refunds you within up to 30 calendar days.
How will the money be returned?
The amount will appear in the balance of the checking account used.

3️⃣ Scroll down to the bottom and click the “Download Receipt” button.

If the timeline has passed and you still haven’t received the refund, start by contacting your bank. Sometimes, there can be a system error that your bank can quickly resolve. If you need more help, we’re here for you!
Service Fee Cancellation Policy
The service fee covers the operational costs of the booking and is non-refundable in the case of cancellation.
Exception: Only for bookings made 7 days before the trip, the service fee can be refunded if you cancel. If this is the case, please contact us after canceling.
Refund exceptions
- Tickets from Águia Branca canceled at the ticket counter require the customer to return to the counter after 30 days to receive the refund.
- Progresso Recife and Cruzeiro have different rules. For these, the refund must be requested directly with the company.
