Customer service hours ⏰

Our customer service operates Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 8 PM.

On weekends, holidays, and outside regular business hours, we have an on-call team. Responses might take a little longer, but don’t worry—we’re always keeping an eye out to assist you as quickly as possible! 😊

Do you want to cancel or change an order?

Remember that cancellations must be made directly through our system or at the bus company's ticket office. For exchanges, only directly with the bus company. We do not make this type of request through our customer service channels, ok?
