Changed Seat: Understand the Reason and How to Resolve It
Why does this happen?
Sometimes, the seat you chose may be automatically changed. This happens when our partner bus company is unable to confirm your initial selection due to last-minute changes. But don’t worry! Our system always looks for the best available alternative, ensuring a smooth travel experience for you.
How to resolve it?
If you’re not happy with the new seat, here are some options to make it right:
- Change the seat with the bus company: You can try to change it directly at the bus company counter up to 3 hours before boarding, subject to availability of other seats.
- Check for other available seats: Look in our system to see if there’s another seat you prefer. If you find one, just make a new reservation and cancel the previous one. Afterward, contact us, and we’ll refund the service fee.
- Cancel the reservation: If none of the above options work, you can cancel the reservation through our system. After cancellation, get in touch with us to receive the service fee refund.
What if the changed seat is for a child?
Our system currently cannot automatically identify if the reservation is for a child, which might result in a seat being far from the guardians. If this happens, please contact us, and we’ll find the best solution to ensure the child travels with their companions.
