My baggage was lost or damaged. What should I do?

We’re sorry this happened! If your baggage was lost or damaged, you have the right to receive compensation from the bus company responsible for your trip. To claim it, make sure to file a report right after your trip ends by speaking with the driver or visiting the company’s ticket counter to fill out the necessary form.

The company has up to 30 days, starting from the date of your report, to process the payment of the compensation.
