How do I request a partial cancellation?

If you bought more than one ticket in a single order, don’t worry! You can cancel just one of them and keep the others confirmed. Here’s how easy it is:

  1. Access your order: Go to the "My Tickets" section, available on the homepage of our website or app, or here in the Help Center.
  2. Select the ticket: Choose the ticket you want to cancel and click "Cancel". The cancel button will be available next to each reservation individually.
  3. Wait for confirmation: After about 10 minutes, you’ll receive the cancellation confirmation in your email.

Service Fee Cancellation Policy

The service fee covers the operational costs of the booking and is non-refundable in the case of cancellation.

Exception: Only for bookings made 7 days before the trip, the service fee can be refunded if you cancel. If this is the case, please contact us after canceling.

5% fee on cancellations

Some bus companies may charge a fee of up to 5% of the ticket price in case of cancellation. This fee is allowed by ANTT (National Land Transport Agency) and is not related to our service fee.
