We understand that unexpected things happen, and cancelling your ticket may be necessary. Don't worry, we'll walk you through how to do it!

First, please note that we do not process cancellations via email or other support channels. Follow the instructions below to cancel your ticket quickly and easily.

Cancellation exceptions

• Tickets with online cancellation up to 3 hours in advance: Some tickets can be canceled online up to 3 hours before departure. To check if your booking qualifies for this condition, please check the confirmation email you received after your purchase.
• Bus companies without online cancellation, in person only at the counter: Porto Rico, Cruzeiro do Norte, Progresso Recife, and Cruzeiro.
• Empresa Moreira company (No Easy Boarding): Cancellation for these tickets can only be done on the website.
• Bento Transportes: Early cancellation for these tickets can only be done on the website.
• International trips (Dumas, EGA, Nossar, Nossar BSA, and Rutas Del Plata companies): For these tickets, cancellation must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. After that period, cancellation and refund are no longer available.

Retention of our service fee

The service fee covers the operational costs of the booking and is non-refundable in the case of cancellation.

Only for bookings made 7 days before the trip, the service fee can be refunded if you cancel. If this is the case, please contact us after canceling.

Retention of cancellation fees for bus companies

Some bus companies may charge a fee of up to 5% of the ticket price in case of cancellation. This fee is allowed by National Land Transport Agency and is not related to our service fee.
