Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your ticket to someone else! Just follow these instructions:

General rules for transfer

  • The change must be requested directly from the bus company responsible for the trip.
  • Make sure to request this at least 1 hour before the bus departure.
  • The ticket holder must be present at the time of the request.
  • Bring an original photo ID of both the ticket holder and the person taking ownership of the ticket.

Exceptions to the transfer

  • For reservations with Santa Cruz, the ticket transfer must be made at least 3 hours before the bus departure. This can be done via the company's phone or WhatsApp.
