I made a mistake with my document details in the reservation. What should I do?

If you notice that you've made a mistake with any document details, don't worry! To correct it, simply request it directly at the bus company’s counter.

🚌💬Tip: Try to do this at least 3 hours before your trip to ensure everything is correct.

If you can't go to the counter, there's another option: you can cancel the purchase and make a new reservation with the correct details.
